The dinner menu will be overseen by Michael Solomonov, the James Beard Award winning chef/owner of Zahav in Philadelphia. Recently, Michael was chosen as Chef-of-the Year 2014 by Eater Magazine. He’s also the chef/guide of Roger’s film, The Search for Israeli Cuisine.
