Accommodations
The guest rooms are distinctly individual as the hotel began its reincarnation as a Designer Show House. Some are unexpected and fanciful and some more traditional. All have sumptuous fabrics and local art. Of the 6 guest rooms, four (Sage, Rose, Cider and Cocoa) share the grand front staircase to the second floor. The Belvedere Suite has its own private staircase which leads up to an 800 square foot split level attic with access to the lighted cupola one flight up and 360 degree views.
Our luxurious rooms offer fireplaces, wifi, smart TVs, streaming Netflix, daily housekeeping, air conditioning, private bathrooms and garden views. Find also Nespresso machines, snacks and triple filtered water. Down duvets, Frette sheets and pillow top mattresses ensure a perfect night’s sleep.
The Indigo Room on the ground floor is our ADA accessible room, with wheelchair accessible doors, a large bathroom with a roll in shower and grab bars for the toilet. There is an accessible route from the handicap parking to the Indigo room and to the bar and dining room and front parlor. Service dogs are permitted in this room.

The Cider Room was designed for the North Fork Designer Show House by Richard Schlesinger. A sophisticated color palette of green and coral, an eclectic mix of furniture and art, as well as a fireplace, create a luxurious and stylish environment for your stay. COCOA
The Cocoa Room is inspired by Marilyn Monroe and designed by Giovanni Naso. Smooth, delectable chocolate combined with crisp, cool blues provides a contemporary feel to the room. INDIGO

ROSE
The Rose Room is inspired by Rob White’s pink tractor painting hanging above the room’s fireplace. Decorator Betsy Nichol conjures up romance and nostalgia with a gray and pink color palette; a pastoral view and vintage charm speak to casual contemporary comfort. SAGE
The elegant newly renovated Sage Room, originally designed by Lynn Gerhard, takes a more traditional approach with colors such as celery and turquoise. Luxurious fabrics, a fireplace and artwork by North Fork artist Rob White complete the look. BELVEDERE
From your private staircase, enter the lower attic sitting area of the Belvedere's three room suite. The rooms feature barn-board walls and an exposed brick chimney, establishing a rural link with the farm view outside. A few steps away in the upper attic is the romantic bedroom, with its own fireplace and queen-sized bed, an eclectic mix of furniture, and multiple nooks and crannies for reading and lounging. Upstairs, the private cupola is a shimmering modern day jewel box for two to sit and gaze at the surrounding landscape. This is the perfect space for a bride to dress and be photographed before the wedding and for a honeymoon night after.
