Food and beverage credit or discount are provided per day and excludes Friday and Saturdays and holidays.
Alcoholic beverages, taxes and gratuities are additional.
This package is subject to availability and cannot be combined with any other special offers or promotions.

Room Cancellation, Security, Privacy and other Policies

A 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking. If you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 days prior to your arrival date. We will refund your deposit less a $35 fee. A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for holidays and special events.
Within one week, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book your room, a refund will be made, less a $35.00 cancellation fee.
Due to NYS Liquor Laws, all alcoholic beverages consumed on the Inn's property must be purchased from the Inn. We are happy to serve you wine, beer or spirits from our full bar menu upon request
Check-in: 3:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early or late arrival arrangements may be made with prior notice.
Absolutely No Smoking inside; however, outdoor smoking areas are available.
Children are discouraged from staying as the Inn is not child-proofed.
No pets please.
Service pets are allowed with proper documentation. They may be charged an extra cleaning fee if warranted for property damage.
Bookings may be charged additional cleaning fees in the event of smoking, spills, or breakage or other property damage.
Guests are responsible for treating our accommodations and everything in them with respect. All rooms are checked before and after each stay for damages and missing room amenities. The credit card on file will be charged for any and all damages and/or missing items that do not fall under "normal wear and tear."
We cannot accept reservations over 6 months in advance, unless you are booking an event or the whole property.
We take security seriously. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Personally identifiable information is only obtained when making a reservation.
We are not liable for valuables left in the room. We do not have safety boxes in the rooms.

GIFT CARDS INFORMATION

Our Gift Cards are available in any denomination and will be mailed directly to you or the recipient's door with your instructionsor can be purchased and retrieved from our reception desk.
